Value of Donated Foods in School Year 2012-2013

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has released a report detailing the average value of donated foods and cash in lieu of donated foods provided to schools and childcare institutions during the 2012-2013 school year. The report covers the National School Lunch Program and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
