US Forest Service Proposes Rule for Predecisional Administrative Review Process

The US Forest Service is proposing a new rule that establishes a process for the public to file objections before projects and activities are finalized, in compliance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012 and the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003.
