Cotton Board Rules and Regulations: Adjusting Supplemental Assessment on Imports

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to align supplemental assessments on imported cotton with those on domestically produced cotton. The changes also involve adjusting Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) reporting numbers for imported cotton products.
