Rural Housing Service Announces Low Loan-to-Cost Ratio for Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program

The Rural Housing Service has set a 50% low loan-to-cost ratio for loans guaranteed under the Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program, as required by the Housing Act of 1949, to be eligible for a single continuous guarantee for construction and permanent loans.
