FSIS Amends Meat and Poultry Product Regulations to Include Preparation Time and Administrative Duties

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is updating its regulations to include time spent on tasks such as preparing inspection stations, sharpening knives, and conducting administrative duties within the 8-hour workday, as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
