National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Review FSIS Verification Activities and Regulations

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is convening the National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection (NACMPI) to review two topics: strengthening FSIS verification activities related to veal slaughter operations and revising criteria for categorizing FSIS regulations as public health regulations.
