APHIS to Update Animal Welfare Act Regulations for Overnight Travel

The US Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is revising the Animal Welfare Act regulations to require more detailed requirements for submitting itineraries by individuals who plan to exhibit animals at locations other than their approved sites overnight, aiming to enhance compliance with the regulations and the Animal Welfare Act.
