Turlock Irrigation District and Modesto Irrigation District File Notice of Intent to Pursue Water License, Seek Public Comment on Pre-Application Document

The Turlock Irrigation District and Modesto Irrigation District have announced their intention to file a license application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for a water license, and are seeking public comments on their pre-application document (PAD) and scoping plan, which outlines the issues and associated study requests they will investigate.
