Western Area Power Administration to Apply Energy Planning and Management Program to Boulder Canyon Project

The Western Area Power Administration will apply the Energy Planning and Management Program to the Boulder Canyon Project, extending a significant portion of marketable capacity and energy to existing customers. Western is also proposing new terms for the project, including marketable capacity, energy, and excess energy provisions, and is accepting public comments on these proposals.
