FERC Proposes Revisions to E-Tag Information Requirements

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is considering revising its regulations to require the Commission-certified Electric Reliability Organization to make available to FERC staff access to complete electronic tagging data used to schedule the transmission of electric power in wholesale markets, with the goal of preventing market manipulation and ensuring just and reasonable rates.
