Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Accepts Preliminary Permit Application for Hydroelectric Project, Inviting Public Comments and Interventions

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted a preliminary permit application for a hydroelectric project, and is now soliciting comments and motions to intervene from the public, as well as competing applications for the same project
