DOE Announces Changes to Reimbursement for Remedial Action Costs at Active Uranium and Thorium Processing Sites
The Department of Energy (DOE) has updated its policy for reimbursing eligible active uranium and thorium processing site licensees for remedial action costs incurred in FY 2011 under Title X of the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
