Desert Southwest Customer Service Region-Rate Order No. WAPA-152: Temporary Extension of NITS Formula Rates

The US Department of Energy has temporarily extended the existing NITS formula rates for the Parker-Davis Project and the Pacific Northwest/Pacific Southwest Intertie Project, as well as Ancillary Services Rates for Western Area Lower Colorado Balancing Authority, through September 30, 2013, until June 30, 2011 expires.
