Establishment of Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) Under the Energy Policy Act of 2005

The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) was created under the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to provide technical advice on hydrogen and fuel cell issues, as mandated by the Federal Advisory Committee Act, which requires agencies to publish notice of advisory committee meetings in the Federal Register.
