DOE Amends List of Covered Facilities Under EEOICPA
The Department of Energy has revised its list of covered facilities under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, removing the Mathieson Chemical Company facility in Pasadena, Texas, from its designation as an atomic weapons employer facility.
