Reimbursement for Costs of Remedial Action at Active Uranium and Thorium Processing Sites
The Department of Energy (DOE) has revised its acceptance of claims for reimbursement under Title X of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 for FY 2011 from active uranium and thorium processing site licensees. The revised closing date for submitting claims has not been announced yet.
