DOE Establishes Standards for Prioritizing National Defense Contracts and Allocating Resources

The Department of Energy (DOE) has published a final rule outlining standards and procedures for prioritizing national defense contracts and allocating materials, services, and facilities to support the national defense, in compliance with the Defense Production Act Reauthorization of 2009.
