FCC Seeks Comments on Ancillary Services Market Development

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on ways to facilitate the development of robust competitive markets for ancillary services from various resources, including electric storage technologies, amid growing interest in rate flexibility and concerns over access to these services.
