U.S. Department of Energy to Establish Negotiated Rulemaking Subcommittee for Energy Efficiency Standards

The U.S. Department of Energy is announcing its intention to establish a subcommittee to negotiate proposed federal standards for the energy efficiency of distribution transformers, as authorized by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975.
