US Department of State Corrects Errors in International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Defense Trade Treaty Exemption

The US Department of State is correcting errors in a recent final rule, including changes to authorized officials and the UK Defense Trade Treaty exemption, as well as adopting recent amendments as final.
