NuStar Seeks Presidential Permit to Expand Dos Laredos Pipeline Operations

NuStar Logistics, L.P. has submitted a request to the U.S. Department of State for a Presidential Permit to modify the Dos Laredos Pipeline, which spans the U.S.-Mexico border, to transport a broader range of petroleum products, including diesel, following a name change from Valero Logistics Operations, L.P. to NuStar Logistics, L.P. The permit was originally issued in 2003 for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
