U.S. Department of State Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Exchange Visitor Status

The Department of State is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection for Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor Status, a J-Non-Immigrant, as part of its requirement to submit the collection to the Office of Management and Budget for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
