Kimberley Process Certification Scheme: Update of Participating Countries and Entities

The US Department of State is updating the list of countries and entities eligible for trade in rough diamonds, removing some countries and updating others, in accordance with the Clean Diamond Trade Act of 2003 and Executive Order 13312.
