US Department of State Amends Exchange Visitor Program Rules for Sponsors and Administration

The US Department of State has finalized a rule change to the Exchange Visitor Program, updating the rules for sponsor designations and program administration to address public diplomacy and foreign policy concerns, while also enhancing the Department's ability to monitor sponsors and protect the health, safety, and welfare of foreign nationals participating in the program.
