U.S. Department of State Requests OMB Approval for Antarctic Expedition Form

The Department of State is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection form, DS-4131, which requires operators of U.S.-organized Antarctic expeditions to submit advance notification of their activities in the Antarctic Treaty Area, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
