U.S. Imposes Nonproliferation Measures on Foreign Persons

The U.S. government has determined that certain foreign individuals and entities have engaged in activities warranting penalties under the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act, which restricts U.S. government procurement from entities involved in the transfer of controlled goods and technology.
