UK Financial Regulators to Begin Overseeing Critical Third Parties

The Bank of England, Prudential Regulation Authority, and Financial Conduct Authority will start overseeing the first designated Critical Third Parties on Monday, July 13, 2026, following HM Treasury's designation.
