Unblocking of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Pursuant to Executive Order 12978

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the names of 15 individuals and 29 entities whose assets have been unfrozen due to Executive Order 12978, issued on October 21, 1995, which targets significant narcotics traffickers.
