Final Regulations for Health Insurance Premium Tax Credit Released

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued final regulations for the health insurance premium tax credit, which applies to individuals enrolling in qualified health plans through Affordable Insurance Exchanges and claiming the credit, as well as Exchanges that offer these plans.
