OFAC Unblocks Assets of Notorious Narcotics Trafficker Pursuant to Kingpin Act

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has unblocked the assets of one individual, as required by the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act), a law that targets notorious narcotics traffickers. The unblocking is in response to a request from the relevant authorities.
