ATTTB Adopts Permanent Regulatory Amendments for Processed Tobacco and Roll-Your-Own Tobacco

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has finalized regulatory amendments requiring manufacturers and importers of processed tobacco to qualify, as well as expanding the definition of roll-your-own tobacco, in response to changes from the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009.
