Health Insurance Premium Tax Credit; Correction

The Internal Revenue Service has released corrections to final regulations regarding the health insurance premium tax credit, which was enacted by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. The corrections were published in the Federal Register on May 23, 2012.
