Publication of General Licenses Related to the Burma Sanctions Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing two general licenses related to the Burma sanctions program, which were originally issued on July 11, 2012. These licenses allow for the exportation or reexportation of financial services to Burma and new investment in the country, subject to specific conditions and requirements.
