United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement Implementation

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations have been temporarily amended to implement the preferential tariff treatment and other customs-related provisions of the agreement between the U.S. and Colombia, as outlined in the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement.
