US Department of Labor Issues New Prevailing Wage Rates for H-2A Agricultural Workers
The US Department of Labor is announcing new prevailing wage rates for temporary foreign workers in agriculture, based on surveys conducted between May and June 2012, and will apply to certain occupations with special procedures, including open range livestock production and custom combine operations.
