U.S. Department of Labor Announces 2013 Adverse Effect Wage Rates for Temporary Agricultural Workers

The U.S. Department of Labor is issuing a notice to announce the 2013 Adverse Effect Wage Rates, which are the minimum wage rates employers must offer and pay to temporary foreign workers in the agricultural industry to prevent U.S. workers from being adversely affected.
