Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefits Security Administration Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, for the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 Investment Manager Electronic Registration, a collection sponsored by the Employee Benefits Security Administration.
