DOE Facilities Covered Under EEOICPA Revisited

The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) has updated the list of Department of Energy (DOE) facilities covered under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, as amended (EEOICPA), adding new facilities to the previously published list, which was last revised on March 6, 2012.
