Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefits Security Administration Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an information collection request for the Employee Retirement Income Security Act Summary Annual Report Requirement, which is sponsored by the Employee Benefits Security Administration and requires review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
