Department of Labor to Submit Information Collection Request for Workforce Investment Act Indian and Native American Programs to OMB for Review

The Department of Labor will submit a revised information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget on May 31, 2013, for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to establish reporting and performance standards for Indian and Native American programs under the Workforce Investment Act.
