Department of Labor to Submit Information Collection Request for Compensation Claims to OMB for Review

The Department of Labor will submit a revised information collection request on July 1, 2013, to the Office of Management and Budget for approval, which will be used to process claims for compensation by dependents, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
