Final Regulations on Preventive Services Under Affordable Care Act
The US Department of Health and Human Services has released final regulations clarifying and simplifying the coverage of certain preventive health services, including women's services, under the Affordable Care Act, while also exempting certain religious employers from covering contraceptive services.
