Mine Safety and Health Administration Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Permit to Fire Boreholes and Nonpermissible Blasting Units

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection to develop and update a permit application for firing more than 20 boreholes and using nonpermissible blasting units, explosives, and shot-firing units, as well as posting notices of misfires.
