DOL Revises Definition of Minor Child for Labor Organization Report

The Department of Labor has revised the definition of a minor child for the Labor Organization Officer and Employee Report, changing it from under 21 to under 18 years of age, in an effort to align with the age of majority in most US jurisdictions and reduce reporting burdens.
