OFCCP Publishes Revised VEVRAA Regulations to Strengthen Affirmative Action Obligations for Protected Veterans

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is updating its implementing regulations for the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA) to enhance recruitment and hiring efforts for protected veterans, while reducing administrative burdens on contractors and subcontractors.
