US Department of Labor Revises Fair Labor Standards Act Regulations for Domestic Service Workers

The US Department of Labor has revised its regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act to better reflect Congressional intent and protect more domestic service workers from wage and overtime violations, particularly those providing companionship services to elderly or disabled individuals.
