DOL Submits Information Collection Request for Smoking Prevention Program in Underground Coal Mines

The Department of Labor is submitting a Mine Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval to continue using the program without change, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
