Update on EUC08 Program Eligibility in Alaska, Mississippi, and Wisconsin

The U.S. Department of Labor has updated the eligibility criteria for unemployment insurance claimants in Alaska, Mississippi, and Wisconsin under the Emergency Unemployment Compensation 2008 (EUC08) program. As a result, claimants in these states can no longer establish Tier 3 eligibility after a certain period, and their benefits have been adjusted accordingly.
