DOL Submits Information Collection Request for Employee Benefit Plans to Invest in Employer-issued Customer Notes

The Department of Labor is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval to continue using a paperwork reduction act for employee benefit plans to invest in customer notes of employers, without change, as per the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
