Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, related to loans to plan participants and beneficiaries who are parties of interest with respect to the plan regulation, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
